Richard Burke joined NAP in 2014 with an extensive background in construction, with previous projects including industrial wastewater treatment plants, construction and assembly of global-circumventing-capable yachts, custom home building, and elevator fabrication and installation. Now a licensed General Contractor and current license holder for NAP Construction, Richard is determined and driven to provide a positive and safe working environment for all employees on the job.

He breaks from the traditional, cliché jobsite superintendent mindset, focusing on strong and caring leadership from himself and his team to make sure that the tradesman who provide their services on the job feel respected and honored for their skill. He sets a standard for employees by rewarding the good and removing the bad.

Richard is an active professional musician and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner. He puts family first and lives by the motto, “We either win, or we learn.”
