Shubham Desai was recently appointed as the Regional Development Manager for NAP Florida. Shubham plays a vital role in the comprehensive management of all development projects for NAP FL from initial analysis and planning to permitting and construction. He is a Licensed Professional Civil Engineer in the state of Florida and has a master’s in Civil Engineering from Florida Tech. He is also an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers. Having demonstrated a history of managing teams and development projects for a publicly traded, multi-regional engineering group, Shubham is dedicated to bringing his experience to manage existing and future development projects for NAP Florida and help expand their real-estate portfolio. Shubham believes in bringing an entrepreneurial mindset to the development works and engage in all aspects of the projects to help connect the dots and bring out the best result for everybody involved. Beyond his professional pursuits, Shubham enjoys hiking, exploring national parks and cooking.
